We're seeking associate trainers to join our elite team of training experts. As a Skills for Care Centre of Excellence, we're committed to setting the benchmark for training excellence. Our team includes former registered managers, nurses, and psychologists.

We are recruiting new associate trainers to join our highly skilled team. As a Centre of Excellence with Skills for Care, we pride ourselves on the quality of our trainers.  We work with trainers who are experienced subject-matter experts and have excellent facilitation skills. Our current team includes ex- registered managers, nurses, chartered psychologists, specialist first aid and moving and assisting trainers and leadership experts.

Why Coleman Training?

Our trainers are highly valued team members. We only work with the best, and the rates that we pay, reflect that.  We pay above the market rate, and better still, we have a fortnightly payment run, so you never need to wait long for invoices to be paid.

We always try to match trainers to opportunities that are close enough to commute on the day.  However, if your training requires an overnight stay in a hotel, our first choice is to book you into a Premier Inn, with dinner bed and breakfast.

We choose Premier Inn is because they take your personal security very seriously.  When checking in, they will never speak your room number, in case the conversation is overheard.  When you receive your room card and the receptionist will point to your room number, rather than speak it. You also have the comfort of knowing that there is someone available at reception 24 hours a day.

If a Premier Inn is not available close to the venue, we will book a quality hotel for you.  Your comfort and safety is of utmost importance to us and we will do everything possible to ensure that you enjoy a comfortable stay and hearty breakfast before your training day.

You will be part of a team

We understand that working as an associate trainer can be lonely, so when you work with Coleman Training, you become a part of our team.  Support is always on hand if you have any technical or practical issues – as is a friendly ear if you’ve had a bad day and just want to offload – we all have them from time to time!

We also have quarterly Zoom meetings which everyone is invited to. They only last around an hour, but they are a great opportunity to meet some of the people who send you emails, share experiences and best practice and keep up to date with any changes which may offer you additional training opportunities with us.
